David is an orthopedic expert with concentrated experience in musculoskeletal conditions of the ankle, knee, hip, spine, neck, shoulder, elbow, and wrist. He attended the University of St. Augustine, where he earned his received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2011 and later completed the eight Manual Therapy Certification courses. 

In his time away from the clinic, David has a very active lifestyle. He coaches CrossFit, runs Spartan Races/Tough Mudders, and paddleboards. 

Fun fact: David aspires to be a competitive eater. Ask him how many Chicken McNuggets he’s eaten in one sitting. You’ll be impressed (and disgusted)!



Dr. Teo Buzas is passionate about health and wellness. Driven by his desire to help people and provide care, he excels at unlocking performance and unlocking people. 

Prior to relocating to Florida, he was practicing in sports medicine at the University of Michigan. He pursued a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Oakland University. After graduating in 2013, he continued his pursuit of knowledge and skills in orthopedics and manual therapy by getting the Graduate Certificate in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy. This program provides advanced theoretical and clinical training, emphasizing differential diagnosis and manual therapy procedures. His goal is to help clients be the best version of themselves. He enjoys using his advanced background and experience to help people perform at an optimal level and reduce their risk of injury. 

Dr. Buzas is excited about partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal potential.

When not working Dr. Buzas can be found spending time with his wife and two children, staying active, and reading a book with a cup of coffee.



Originally from New England, Elizabeth earned her Bachelor’s of Arts in English with a minor in Creative Writing from Florida Gulf Coast University. 

A professional opera singer, a published author, and a personality quiz enthusiast, Elizabeth’s life outside the clinic is defined by her creativity. When she isn’t hard at work improving your customer experience, you can find her performing, writing, or spending time with her husband. All of her children have paws.

Fun Fact: Elizabeth is a singer-songwriter. She recently debuted her music at the famous Bluebird Cafe in Nashville, Tennessee—the same place Taylor Swift was discovered!
